The location was great to the train station in particular as well as all the other local places The place was simple and clean just what I needed

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and in a great location! The air conditioning was the best to come back to after being outside in the heat and humidity. The only downside, and it's not anything major, was most of the ice machines were out of order except for the one on the fourth floor. Overall, we had a great experience though and would definitely stay here again!

What I like: Walking distance of diff places. What I did not like: the bed not that comfortable and the aircondition automatic mode is making noise when going on.

Location

No shower liner, only one extra roll of toilet paper for the family room, phone didn’t work, the elevators took forever (one working elevator), easy access to subway, close to Empire State Building, close to Times Square, the bathroom window was located right in front of the shower (not sure if it was see through or not).

Upon arrival the hotel looked nice as did the lobby. Once we entered the rooms that’s when things changed! A Very dated, small room with dated furnishings. Infact we found it that bad we only stated 1 night about of 5 and moved onto a better property. We would not use this hotel again!

It's a central place, the only bad thing does not have a mini refrigerator in the room, and these are smaller than what you can see in the photos.

Average choice

Location-wise this is great, but there are virtually no amenities and everything is run-down and old. Their Hotels.com page doesnt provide any information about parking and they wouldn't answer their phone for 30 minutes before we arrived so we ended up not knowing where to park and being charged 2x as much for parking as we would have if they just answered their phones like a normal hotel. Rooms are extremely small and cramped. Bed creaked and was in poor condition. Barely a window. We tried visiting their rooftop bar and it simply did not exist, unless it was behind a "DO NOT ENTER UNLESS EMERGENCY" sign. All around a thoroughly disappointing and needlessly expensive hotel. There are motels with better amenities.

There are two elevators for guests and staff knd barely works, takes FOREVER! The AC barely works in the room there is no place to buy water in the place.
