El personal es muy amable, el hotel bien ubicado; la habitación amplia para 2 adultos y 2 adolescentes. Las camas cómodas, queda cerca de un Oxxo y 3 taquerías Súper recomendable si viaja en familia

There are many shops nearby Also bosque de chapultepec sits just across the avenue de reforma

Amazing staff and location. Our third time staying, even during the earthquake the staff was cool, calm, and collected. I wish I could give them 10 Stars.

Staff was friendly!

Muy buena opción, ubicado donde todo queda cerca, zona muy tranquila y turística

Very good hotel

Our stay was pleasant from check in till check out, I wish we could've stayed longer. This hotel is centrally located and if you enjoy nice walks in the evening walking from here all the way to el zocalo takes about an hr 15 minutes, you will be able to see the angel of Independence, the revolution monument, bellas artes, latin american tower, casa de los azulejos and enjoy street vendors all the way (you can always come back on an uber) highly recommended. Also, steps away from chapultepec castle and good restaurants. I will stay here on my next visit, hopefully soon!!!

Excellent location and good sized rooms. Hotel felt a bit dated, but was undegoing remodeling. Great access to tourist areas, very walkable.

Nice hotel close to the main avenue of the city, and close to many shops and restaurants. Close to transportation options.

Very pleasant stay
