Spacious room in great location with amazing staff at reception as was the female manager who supervises breakfast buffet.

Good gym

The cleaning staff was nice and helpful. But the front desk staff was OK. I asked the front desk staff for a wash cloth (small towel) and was told that corporate has eliminated them from the property. I did have one and needed a second one. The guy handed me a body towel and the next day the cleaning lady took it and the wash cloth away. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

The staff was very friendly. Room was clean with a beautiful view. Location is perfect for everything I wanted to do. Breakfast was good and fresh. This was my 2nd stay here and will definitely stay again next time I visit.

Im sure i will be coming back for my next trip in Mexico City. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and families.

Reserve una habitación con cama king y le dieron una doble Pedí corregir y nadie me ayudó Pedí crédito para consumir y no se me dio. Pague todo en mi check in Al salir en mi check out, me querían volver a cobrar las gaseosas que pagué al inicio y luego, me querían cobrar otra en un horario que no estaba en la habitación Pedí coca cola cero y no tenían. El hotel está limpio pero viejo, hay más hoteles en la zona MÁS BARATOS, con más servicios y una súper mejor atención

This is a good place to stay close to the airport and many places. Do you want to go Close to everything and the staff is really nice friendly so we recommend this place to people go visit Mexico, Thank You for everything

Front desk Camila was very rude we ask her her for an extra bottle water and she said NO even though she new I have gold status my wife is actually a Diamond statues but are reservation was under my name( gold) statues. The room was big and spacious I stay in HIE because all of them are the same and I dont want to fuss with bringing my stuff. I expect shampoo,conditioner and body wash in the shower. Our room didn't have conditioner and one night we had to ask for 2 small face towels and they said they didn't have any.
