Staff was helpful and understanding. Room and amenities were great

Breakfadt was hot and plentiful. A bit of a queue for a single coffee machine but not that.much to complain about

Everything was perfect. Can not recommend this place enough from a location perspective, it is perfect for visiting Colmar or Strasbourg. You’re bang in the middle of so many places to see. Pity the hotel doesn’t do lunch in the afternoon, but otherwise could not fault, the staff were incredibly friendly and kind too!

Booked a room for two adults and one child. When we got to our room, the sofa bed was not made, found a spare duvet and pillow in the cupboard but no sheet. My son just used the duvet to wrap himself. The next day, our room was cleaned, bed was made, but not the sofa bed. We should probably have asked for the sheet but as we were only there for three nights, we didn’t bother. We just took the duvet cover for my son to use it as a sheet. On the plus side, hotel is very close to the station, receptionist who checked us in was very welcoming. Great selection of breakfast.

Everything was clean and tidy. Very relaxing!

Clean rooms

Clean room, just very warm and stuffy. Air con turned on as low as it went but rooms were still very warm. Good WiFi and amenities in the room.
