Nice location, good facilities, helpful staff and great maintenance.

Everything perfect for the price. Very clean. I only gave it a four star because there is no hairdryer and hair shampoo separate from body wash. Check in process was a little long. There was a receptionist in training, which I don’t mind. However I think because there seem to be so many steps on their side to go through (it was even difficult for them to find my reservation), they will never be really fast. My conclusion is that this is a system problem not a personnel issue.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and perfectly placed for travel and price!

Hotel staff were very helpful, the room & property were very clean & it was located very close to trams, busses & the main train station. An economical and convenient option for traveling.

This is a great hotel, tasty and plentiful breakfast. Microwave in the lobby was so helpful for heating evening meals - there’s a co-op and an aldi about 10 minutes walk away. Close to train station and tran stops. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room. Would stay here again.

It's a budget hotel. So can't expect more. Compared to the price we paid it's not worth. (But it's switzerland, so everything expensive in Switzerland)

Stuff, breakfast, clean room

The air conditioning did not work and the room was very hot. Maintenance came but only limited success to cooling the room. I will not use this hotel again, especially paying >US$300 a night. Rooms are small and bathroom was minimalist with only a shower. Basin is in the hotel room itself. Facilities, not existent.

The location is a little out of the way but totally commutable via light rail. The breakfast was a nice assortment, although not gratis. The rooms are so basic and depressing. Also after a day, nothing starts to smell nice with no ventilation, plastic-doored bathroom a shower, low AC, and no possibility to open a window.
