The staff was very professional, awesome breakfast, one thing I would change is to have less restrictions around the pool, we felt like the lifeguards were a little obnoxious. Still, I would give the hotel a salad five stars and I will stay there again.

An excellent stay. The staff made it even more special, Every single one we encountered went above & beyond. Thank you from our hearts.

Clean room Friendly above and beyond staff Love the breakfast

Love this hotel, stayed here multiple times and was always a great experience.

Spotless everywhere. Staff amazing. Food and services unrivalled. 3 improvements needed 1. More adult only areas 2. Ban smoking by pools 3. Non residents took up all beds in one area at weekend even thought they pay it’s a bit wrong

Everything oozed sheer class in every way

Lux feel but a little tired. Rates are less than other Dubai hotels, so can be a good option . Staff and care excellent. Annoying loud music played on beach which is horrid if you like peace and quiet on the beach

The hotel is outdated with bathrooms being in a die state, yellow stained tiles, dirty and old inter tiles sealing finish, rusty shelf’s .. the bathroom is discussing and is not for 5 start RITZ Hotel for sure A 2-3 sta hotel have better bathrooms I can not give more that 1 star although unfortunately this won’t qualify for ever 1 star Shame to the brand !!!

The hotel location is perfect. The hotel is beautiful, but continuous maintenance issues in the rooms is a problem. Not having hot water the first night was not acceptable.

Perfect service snd cleaniness
