Absolutely a must stay, the staff go above and beyond for you and treat you like royalty. The breakfast is also incredible. That was my second time staying and I will be 100% be going back again

Overall the Dukes is an ok hotel - back in its day I can imagine it was a wow hotel However now it is looking dated Breakfast again was ok but for the price per person wasn’t worth it - They do well to cater for all nationalities but it’s chaotic The concierge guy was amazing and went beyond in trying to help me reclaim lost luggage.

Everything was fantastic sans except the arrangement of going from Dukes to NM collection in hot day… Golf Cart was there for transfers but getting it was difficult..

Breakfast was great

The pools/ Beach Access and customer service is always on point. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have their normal breakfast(the best on the Palm) we had to go to a neighboring hotel due to issues in the Middle East. But they had an Awesome spread for Easter. It was a nice time to get away and have fun with friends.

Our stay at Dukes The Palm was truly wonderful. We are a family of 5, and our vacation ended up being extended due to the war and flight disruptions. Despite the unexpected situation, the hotel—and the country—deserve 1000 stars for how they made us feel during this time. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive. The level of hospitality we experienced was beyond anything we expected. A very special thank you to Asif, the Rooms Manager, and Alejandra, the Public Relations Manager. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, and their kindness meant so much to our family. While we have been looking for flights to return home, the truth is we almost don’t want to leave. It is the first time we have ever felt this way about a place. Thank you to the entire team at Dukes The Palm for turning a stressful situation into such a positive and unforgettable experience.

From the staff at the front counter to the chefs and servers were extremely gracious and helpful. A special thanks to the Guest Relations Manager ( Alejandra) who is amazing Highly recommend this hotel

AC wasn’t working on the first day. Staff are slow and unresponsive. Paid breakfast but you can’t have an iced coffee (this is an extra charge), bizarre!! Telephone in the room didn’t work either. Overall a very poor service, definitely not a 5 star. Has gone downhill massively since management has changed.
