Everything was great, except that the reservation said breakfast was included, but the staff told us it was only coffee and toast. Once we asked for coffee, they said they didn't have any.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The breakfast consisted only of coffee and bread, which should not be advertised as a proper breakfast. The Wi-Fi did not work throughout the hotel and was only available in the reception area, which was very inconvenient. The overall maintenance of the property was poor, and the furniture was extremely old and worn out. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again. The only positive aspects were the excellent location, very close to Fifth Avenue in Playa del Carmen, and the bed linens, which were very clean.

We enjoyed the fact that the breakfast area was by the pool so that the children could play whilst we had another coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful and because the hotel is quite small the children pretty much had the pool to themselves which was brilliant. The staff clean the rooms but in all honesty, this hotel could do with a lick of paint and some updating, the shower had used shampoo wrappers from previous guests, the room of mould as well as a few other things, however, you get what you pay for and as long as you are not expecting the ritz you wont be disappointed. Overall we enjoyed the few days we stayed here

The staff were all so sweet and attentive. The property was very beautiful. I would 100% stay here again

The cost is very accurate and my only "comment" will be for the installations 9/10. The room has hot water, Wifi, Pool, and is located in a very well area.

The pictures on this site do not even come close to what you see in this property. The room was slightly dirty, the pool

Old and dated hotel. The pool floor was green and it was not cleaned till the next day. The bed matresses were very hard and the pillows worse. The 'white' towels were of an unknown color. No water or safe in the bedroom. The included breakfast was horrible, just coffee and cold toasts, with your choice of butter or jam. The only good thing about this place is the location and the staff. I will not stay there again.
