All ok

Clean but small rooms

Second time we have stayed here as the first was so good. This time we were allocated an accessible room which had a wet room. The shower was great but would have been good to have a floor squeegee as anyone wanting to use the toilet would get wet feet from the remaining water in the shower area. We were given 2 towels but no hand towel. The sink was very slow to empty. However,the room was bright, spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. Air con was much appreciated and breakfast was great. No tea/coffee in the room.

Room was very clean. AC was fantastic. Room was much smaller than expected.

we had a great time

Great location for attending a concert at Hyde Park and extremely handy for the train and underground stations. The air conditioning was very much welcomed during a heatwave.

A very good budget hotel. Rooms were clean and modern with air conditioning. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Rooms don't have things like a kettle and tea/coffee and the bathroom is very small but it's perfectly fine. Good value for money in central London. Would definitely stay again.

No windows in my room and trains kept me awake between midnight and 5.30 am. Not a good experience

Nosey room. Impossible to sleep.

No complaints. Breakfast good, staff good, room great
