Our room was so humid and wet the entire time we stayed there. The sheets were not clean and were never turned over by the staff during our stay. We had to wash everything ourself for $5. The room made both me and my partner sick. Would not stay again.

The 2 bed room was cute and just enough space. The front desk staff were amazing and polite. They made my friends and I very comfortable. Will come back.

Nice bar area. Trolley 12 nearby. They never cleaned my room. They stated otherwise. It's a hostel not hotel as advertised.

Very affordable, close to transit, includes breakfast, and staff were friendly! Cleanliness was good enough.

The cleanliness exceeded my expectations, and the room was well equipped, even an iron and ironing board. The HVAC was a little noisy. I was very happy with the communication about my check-in. I alerted the staff that my train was getting in after 9pm. They provided the information I needed to check-in and I didn't expect to see anybody, but there was a staff person there to help me anyway.

Room was minimally clean. No top sheet on the extremely soft bed (like sleeping on a marshmallow). Breakfast was minimal and one day non-existent.

Perfect nights stay. Close to streetcar and Amtrak Station. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Room was adequate, staff was inattentive at times. Overall, great price for a great location to stay.

Stayed for 2 nights. Very small rooms. Limited in-room amenities. A/C was great and chilled down the room quickly. Very friendly staff and check-in/check-out process was smooth and quick. Didn’t try the bar but they did have a full bar that looked well maintained. Breakfast & coffee is offered in the mornings. Safe location with code locked front doors. Plenty of free street parking surrounding the hotel.

Rooms small and no sitting chair(s) other than a hard desk chair. Platform bed was very low and might be difficult for older folks to get up and out of bed. Free breakfast had numerous choices which was good. Parking fro Hotel is limited to on street or in the lot attached to Popeye's fast food restaurant next door.
