不錯 Great location and a newer building, but unfortunately the service was disappointing. We stayed for 6 nights and had to call multiple times just to get someone to clean the room and restock towels. Our room was only cleaned twice during our entire stay.
This was especially inconvenient while traveling with a child and a baby. The maintenance of the room was also poor. The refrigerator was not working, and some of the bathroom fixtures were loose and hanging.
Valet is the only option with $45 a day charges.
We expected much better housekeeping and service, and unfortunately, the experience was not as pleasant as we had hoped.

極佳 The views from the hotel were amazing! I loved my room and the fact that they offered feee breakfast daily (which was very good and tasty) and free washer and dryer for guests use with free soap! Who does that? IHG! Great hotel! I definitely would recommend to anyone who loves the Brickell area as much as I do! I definitely will be back!
