Good location. Within 5 min walking distance to gelato,coffee bars, pharmacy. There is a nice restaurant beside it that is open for coffee as well as lunch and dinner. The bus station close by will take you directly to the city centre. There is also parking in their property if you have a car.
Although we didnt get to use it, they have a spa, gym and breakfast buffet.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The common areas and the room were very clean. It's a great place to stay if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the historic center...you get more of a "local feel." That worked well for us, but it may not be for everyone. We would stay here again.

Hotel Grifone was the perfect stay. Great location, a nice 30 minute walk to sights, restaurants, anything you want. Lovely balcony overlooking daily Florence life. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. We stayed in 5 hotels while doing a tour of Italy. This was my favourite.

Rooms and common areas spotlessly clean. Quiet. Frequent bus transportation to the city center. Everything in the room worked as it should. Supermarket right around the corner.
