Everything was great! Fatima checked us in and she was very helpful with everything we needed. Breakfast was great and well balanced. Hotel was clean.

Hotel rooms needed updating, room was clean but a few broken tiles in the bathroom. Water cooler in the lobby was dirty and looked moldy. A few bugs in the lobby area, I brought it up to the management attention

Checked in very late in the morning, reception staff was very helpful to the situation and did great assisting the quick check-in. Since we got there early, we decided to have breakfast before going to sleep. Breakfast was a terrible experience and weren't welcomed at all. We were treated very poorly by the attendant who seemed like the managing staff there. Property seems run down and in need of some refurbishment. Sink was blocked, different room had issues with toilet. People tried to fix the issues but not something you would expect at the hotel. Overall very poor experience and wouldn't recommend it.

Shuttle is only free from airport to hotel not back and they don’t drop you at your terminal. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. I alway pick Marriott for hotel or choice but was not a fan of this one

While there were less expensive hotels near the airport, I chose to pay around US$350 per night for this Marriott because I expected the quality, comfort, and service I’ve experienced with this brand. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My husband and I both travel frequently for work and leisure, so we have stayed in many hotels. We arrived early, fully understanding that check-in was at 3:00 p.m. We left our luggage and spent the day in Paris. When we returned at 4:45 p.m., our room was still not ready, and we had to wait even longer before receiving our keys. Once we finally entered the room, we were surprised by how outdated the hotel was. The room had a muggy smell and was so warm that the staff had to bring us a fan. The rollaway bed for our 8-year-old son was badly worn and sagging. None of these are things I would expect from a Marriott, especially at this price point. Later that evening, we went to the lobby restaurant for dinner. Although the menu was limited, we were happy to order. The biggest disappointment came when we asked if we could take our food to our room. We were told that takeout was not allowed. We even asked if they could simply box up the pizza for our 8-year-old son so he could eat it in the room, but we were refused again. The policy itself seemed unreasonable, but what made the situation worse was the dismissive attitude of the waiter. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is very good. The room was clean and comfortable. Close to the airport, and they offer a convenient shuttle service. Dinner options could be better, though.

Very nice and close to a cute park and village

The hotel is a good size but the land around it is small. The village Rossy is mostly airport hotels. The hotel is quiet and the elevator is operated with the room key. Breakfast is excellent and served 6-11am. The bartenders are not the nicest. As mentioned in other reviews, the shuttle hours are annoying because there is break in the middle of the day. It is a little far from Paris and traffic can be an issue when a tour starts a specific time and your uber is stuck in traffic.

Very well maintained hotel near airport with nice lobby bar and patio restaurant
