The upper floor was not air conditioned, so even though my room was air conditioned it was still warm. The hotel is on a quieter square but close to all the sights. It was nice to be away from the crowds but close to the sights. Thr room had a fridge which was a nice surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

I had pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and convenient for getting around. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options. The rooms were clean. The staff were friendly, helpful.,it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

極佳獨自入住
Great hotel. Right in the middle of Venice. Short walk from alilaguna ferry drop off. St Marks square, rialto bridge, doges palace to metion a few things in easy walling distance.
Hotel is situated in a square with daily market stalls, bar/restaurant. A coffee shop woth snacks and seating. Great area.
Room was great, comfy bed, clean sheets, spare pillows and quilts. Good air con which was needed in June. Staff were really friendly. Room cleaned daily inc towel change. Mini fridge in room and vending machine in lobby.
Only niggle was pillows were quite hard. They may have had softer ones if id have asked But one of the spare quilts was perfect for me. There was also no way to turn off one of the bathroom lights (or if there was i couldnt figure it out). It didnt bother me as i sleep with an eye mask anyway. But i totally forgot to report it to reception.
Checkin/out was quick and easy.
I can't wait to return to Venice and will be coming back to this hotel. I honestly loved the hotel the staff and the location.

Great location for visiting many sights of Venice. Hotel was a little gem with clean room and comfortable beds. Staff were great .. very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. No bar or restaurant but that didn’t matter as lots nearby.
