Small budget hotel, thank goodness for air conditioning during heatwave. Very friendly helpful staff. Towels could use an upgrade.

Extremely helpful as they always are! Always a first choice when visiting Nantes

Nice hotel with the usual Ibis standard. Reception has been refurbished. The rooms have not, really. Tiny shower and toilet which makes it a challenge to wash yourself. Good location near the centre of the city.

So much for the free drink

Dirty, unpleasant smell carpets, old bathrooms, very basic room, neglected bussiness.

Basic.Rooms are very small, bathroom is difficult to manoeuvre in, especially the corner shower. 1 towel each, no hand towel. No coffee or tea making facilities. Booked a twin room (parent and teenager)and was given a double bed, however, this was changed upon request. Bed was comfy. It also appears that I paid more for the room on Expedia than the daily charge at the hotel. Wouldn’t stay here again.Im glad it was only for one night.
