I booked this on Hotels.com so we showed up at it and found out we couldn't get in because we didn't fill out a lengthy check in process and I didn't check my E-mail to get the access code. First you have to fill out the worst made check in online that is the same info you have already put in with Hotels.com. Then after a talk through the intercom (because there is no one at this hotel), you have to check your E-mail to get the access code. I'm on vacation, I'm not checking my email, nor am I even logged into my email. Then we get inside and immediately the light breaker pops. So after a call with an AI person, I simply found the breaker box and fixed it myself. I also fixed the shower door that was off the track, and I enjoyed the welcome card that was from a previous guest that was empty. I should send a hefty bill for the repairs I made. The apartment itself is great, however there is zero instructions on how to use the three different climate controls ect. This is a great apartment with 1 out of 10 management.

Location had well equipped kitchen , plenty of towels in the bathroom, comfortable beds with adequate blankets and pillows. Apt clean and comfortable. Back of Apt looked out over alley, which got a little noisy in the early mornings. Grocery market and restaurant nearby.

Good stay

Un beau grand loft sur la rue St-Joseph. Près de tout les endroits intéressant à Québec. Le seul défaut est que l’insonorisation peut être déficiente. Le premier soir, il y avait un party dans les environs qui était bruyant. Tout s’est replacé par la suite. Pour le stationnement, l’application clicknpark nous a permis de trouver un stationnement tout près à prix résonnable.

Room was good everything okk but parking was not included even on expedia that shows parking included but i didnt get parking after contacting them they told me to park somewhere else thats 6 7 minutes walking distance from there and i have to pay extra for that

The shower tube was broken…. I had to use tub to take shower.

I was very pleased with my decision to stay here. The space is huge for the price you pay. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The rest of the loft included a kitchen, dining area, oversized bedroom and, up a few steps, an oversized living area with two sofas. I’d recommend the owners provide directions on how to operate the tv / cast to the TV. The area outside can be loud at night.
