Juste ok

The room was not too clean as there were a bit of dirt especially on the toilet bowl when we checked in. Also, we put in our room for cleaning on the 2nd day but the room was not cleaned as expected.

Let me start with the positive. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable but that's where it ends. Why would you but a drip coffee maker in the room where there is no where to plug it in. The cord on it was to short so seriously just remove it. Why offer tea in the room when there is no way to boil water. The plugs were impossible to get at unless you got down on you hands and knees. The unit in the bathroom was so small it was a balancing act to do simple things like dry my hair. There was an iron but no ironing board. Why! This place does not warrant the rating it has and we wouldn't stay there again

Simple yet effective hotel in the heart of downtown Quebec City

Clean, simple rooms. Close to transit. Note, this is a very basic hotel with only small fridge and coffee maker. Not enough wall outlets, had to plug coffee maker in and place it on the floor. Daily room cleaning was not included and even for a one-week stay our garbages were not emptied. That being said, most staff were friendly and approachable.

Enjoyed my stay. Very convenient to where I was working

It's a good place to lodge

Well insulated room, we were right on the street and didn’t hear any traffic during our weekend stay. We could however hear the person above us walking in the night. The room itself is nice (4/5 clean- we found some long hair on the bathroom floor). Overall, good spot for a short-term stay. Easy to access the building and the room

Very fast service and great location - quiet and modern rooms - bathroom was very modern too

The room was small, no counter space, I know that there isn’t a front desk/lobby, but the people sitting there were not very helpful. Two working outlets, TV didn’t work, AC didn’t work, shower was wack af with nowhere to put soap/shampoo, no ramp to get heavy luggage up front to elevator. Lobby and elevator smelled icky and the dark painted black hallways were like an endless void and I ran into the wall cause I couldn’t see. No fitted sheets so I was laying on the bare dirty mattress because it kept coming off in my sleep. I could hear doors slam and people walking all night long. Obviously there aren’t a ton of super affordable places in Quebec City but there has to be something better than this.
