Very unique Decor was different but in a great way Staff was wonderful The location had great atmosphere

Excellent hôtel, un des mes préférés à Québec. Essayez de ne pas avoir de chambre qui donne sur la rue, le pub irlandais en face de l'hôtel fait jouer de la musique très fort assez tard, on l'entend très bien dans les chambres, et hors des heures permises par la Ville. Sinon, je recommande chaudement cet hôtel.

Hotel was in a great location with parking options! Super helpful staff and the hotel room was fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay!!

The rooms are always clean and have all the items we need. The staff are lovely and very helpful. M. Jean has become one of our favourite hotels when we stay in la ville de Quebec.

We had a large room with a kitchenette and a terrace with a firepit. Everything was very clean and bright. We would stay here again - the location was perfect.

Tout d’abord on tombe en amour avec le décor puis on est charmé par la chambre, le confort, la vue, la douceur des draps et des peignoirs. C’est beau, original, bien pensé avec un personnel attentionné. Et les cocktails du Bijou sont excellents.

Loved the hotel—phenomenal location accessible to everything (but still amazingly quiet in the rooms). The hotel is so cool with its interesting furnishings and art to the reverse-lit glowing dark blue hallways. Our room had everything, including a really comfy bed, a kitchenette, double sink, walk in shower. So much character.

The location was great - it right in the middle of Quebec City. The hotel was very clean. The disappointment was: my wife wasn't feeling well and we had to leave a day early - we were charged the full amount for the amount and then charged for the breakfast the next day (which we didn't use).
