The hotel is pretty dated. Room really small, little beach, and every morning they scrap the bottom of the beach to prevent sea grass is bad because it distorts the environment. I would not recommend that hotel. I only stayed for 1 night in my flight back and it ended the high note I had with my spectacular 5 days in Punta Cocos in Isla Holbox.

The ocean is too dirty to enjoy, and only the vegetables in their meals are fresh. As a tropical country, they ought to serve fresh juice rather than powdered juice. The sheets, towels, and tablecloths have a musty odor. The room has just one outlet located 20 feet from the bed, making it difficult to charge multiple devices.

Property is clean, great access to the amenities, beach is pretty and no seaweed, no fridge in the room, reasonable price for the hotel room

The beach access wasn't very good

The staff were very nice and had fun with the activities. The only issue was at the end they asked to pay 23$ USD to clean sheets due to abit of hair dye stains and that has never happened at any all inclusive stay and as well some alcohol we had to pay even though theres no higher upgrade from our all inclusive bracelet. Otherwise, the beach was always maintained clean from the seaweeds and its a nice cozy stay.

Location is great, place needs an update on grounds

The 6 nights we stayed there, we were completely satisfied.
