Best trip ever! Grand Park’s amenities, staff, entertainment, and food quality at the restaurants were second to none. We absolutely loved our trip!

Amazing ocean view.

Staff is always trying to get you to buy a time share at all times you dont enjoy your stay with evwyone being so pushy. The options for Breakfast, lunch and dinner never change and its always the same. Me and my family had a total of 3 rooms and the A/C in all rooms was not working, we had a hard time sleeping because room was too hot, we reporteded it everyday and they never did anything about it. I do not recomend this hotel to anyone.

The ocean view. The resort was well maintained and the staff helpful, kind, and friendly.

The view from the room was lovely! I think the food quality at the buffet and the included restaurant can be improved. Entertainment can also be improved. Overall, I had a good stay.

Amazing hotel, very clean, wonderful beach, amazing staff. Highly recommended.

The hotel was under construction. Half the restaurants were closed and under construction. The hotel buildings were under construction, so my family’s rooms had to be moved. Then they had to use my shower because they shut the water off in their building. The food was disappointing. The buffet food was either too salty or had no flavor. The food was cold everytime we ate at the buffet. The only restaurant we could eat at was the italian one because the others were closed and under construction. The menu was sadly also the same so the food options got old and repetitive really quick. I wish I would have known so I could book at a different hotel instead. The room was ok my glass shower door didnt close all the way it wasnt aligned properly. When I tried to plug my charger into the outlet by the night stand the whole plate fell off and exposed the electrical outlet. The AC vent was dripping water. There wasn’t much activities especially after dark you had like 2 activities after 6pm. It was Bingo or something with music, but ended early. The staff was great front desk is a bit slow, but the staff by the pool, the housekeepers, room service staff, they were all great. Speaking of room service it was ok barely any choices after 11pm. Overall the hotel was ok, probably won’t stay there again will definitely stay somewhere else with better food and amenities I can actually use.

The rooms were kept clean, but the showers didn’t get hot, the room didn’t get cold, half of the Resteraunt a were under renovations and of the buffet there were limited options with mediocre food, the food was cold and the drinks were warm. Every morning we were woken up by either construction or the dumping of glass bottles

Clean and great place to stay.
