Hébergement effectué lors des très fortes chaleurs. La chambre n'est pas équipée de climatisation mais un ventilateur y a été installé. Petit mail pour prévenir et proposer une annulation gratuite. L'accueil a été parfait, une bouteille d'eau m'a été offerte et un grand verre de glaçons (plusieurs verres sur 2 nuitées). Appréciable aussi, c'est le restaurant sur site. Un grand merci pour votre professionnalisme malgré ces conditions extrêmes.

C'était très bien..animaux acceptés..personnel sympathique Mais restaurant déçu Pas de cuisine sur place Tout était des plats congelés et réchauffer...et un prix plus que des vrais restaurants

The main hotel building as shown on the website was closed and looked unfit for purpose. A seperate Motel type Annexe was used for Rooms, as was a seperate building for the restaurant. Unsure what the main hotel block was used for but there were washing machines, for general use, outside the entrance. The Bedroom and Bathroom appeared clean but no A/C and with daytime temperatures around 30C, It was an uncomfortable night, even though an electric fan was provided. The whole place looked tired bland and unwelcoming with a big question mark as to security. Awakening for an early start , and on looking out of the window to ensure the car was still in place, there was a man and woman across the car park, some 80 metres away on a grassy bank, in the "Hotel's" grounds, and on full view, having a very lively sexual encounter. Not a place I would be able to recommend to any traveller and I certainly would not return , even for free.

Limited menu vs other Campanile's visited on our trip

After travelling for 8 hours we arrived at 6pm exhausted & hungry. The receptionist informed us that the restaurant & bar were closed for the evening as the 'chef was on holiday' & the nearest place to eat was a drive away. We will not be staying at Campanile again.
