Location #convenient, room clean, one particular staff was very rude.

Beautiful room and really nice bathroom. Staff are amazingly helpful and the location is the best you can ask for highly recommend this property.

The Photo show is only a part of the building. Our room didn’t had a view but it was really nice. The breakfast was great. Ask for a room with a view. Close to everything and quiet ay night

The property is located right across from the Basilica. There isn’t an elevator so we ack light enough to carry your luggage up stairs. The property is beautiful. The marble bathroom is lovely with inlaid marble. Personally I think the room would an even more lovely than the photos. The property is clean the bed is comfortable. The pillows were a little stiff. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for something that is decorated in an historic Venetian style with modern amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean room

Location is beautiful however it is a sister location and you need to walk a few blocks for breakfast in the morning time. Everything was clean and worked as it should. Was a very small room, but completely functional.

We arrived and they moved us to a different hotel named Royal San Marco. It was not what we reserved. The location was good but the hallway was very dirty and the room was very old. Shower worked well but beds were hard and uncomfortable. If you book at the hotel, you should stay in the room you reserved. There were many unhappy customers complaining in the lobby the two days we were there. They were not happy with their rooms and did not get what they had reserved either. They explained it was a suite but it was definitely not a suite. Good luck if you book here in the future.

Wonderful location. Very close to Water Taxi’s and all attractions.

The location is spectacular!!!!! We had a room that faced San Marco….OH MY! The rooms were beautiful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I return.

great place to stay
