Love the staff there. always tried to stay there when I am in Istanbul. this time I stayed 9 nights. I stayed in the smaller room as the other rooms were bot available. keep in mind that the building is not new and the hotel is small so there are imperfections. But I slept well, the staff were super friendly and the location os excellent - close to everything I need. IF noise bothers you, avoid the room next to the elevator. i was fine with it but it might bother some. Good value.

The staff was helpful. Location of the hotel is very good. There are nice shops nearby.The room could be a little bit cleaner.

Unfortunately, our room was quite small and had poor ventilation. Our previous comfort room was much better in comparison. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but this time we were not satisfied with the room. We’re disappointed.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its central location made it very convenient to explore the area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was simple, but very tasty and satisfying. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again

Clean room and the staff support is amazing.

Breakfast 8 am starting was little bit late for people who has to leave early.

Fabulous location, close to Taksim square, lots of small eateries around a good public transport. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Room needs some improvements but it is great value for money.

The location was perfect, everything is close. The room was good, when we asked to clean the room, they’re did it.. so. We’re satisfied.
