The great thing about this place is the location. It is close to the terminal and also the metro. Everything is just a metro ride away. There aren't really any amenities, and the bathroom needs some updating. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a room to make coffee in the morning - but it could have used some basic things like a dish towel or dish soap. The staff member that met us at check-in was very accommodating. He let us choose our room and left his contact info if we needed anything (we didn't). I would stay here again if it weren't so expensive. I feel like there could be a better value if we planned ahead - this was something we got last minute.

3 night in Rome. My first time to Europe so not sure what to expect. I’m used to a lobby and people to meet you.

Very clean very safe people were very very nice and very very helpful will stay here again and will definitely recommend it to other people it's right where you want to be Winston wolf and Jeffrey button

If you have room 305 then the bathroom toilet will not flush completely. There are ants by the windows crack & the AC didn’t work. Nice place to walk around the area though.

This hotel is near the train station and we had to check in at one location and then walk to our next location. It all worked out, but the check in process was stressful. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and always felt safe and secure. No breakfast, but their coffee station was delicious and much appreciated. The hotel had everything we needed and was clean. Our luggage came three days late and they delivered our luggage to us. We were so happy! All in all, it was a great stay.

Old building that has been nicely renovated. Clean room and bathroom. We really appreciate the in-room fridge!
