Another lovely stay at the AR. Bed linens were lovely. Bramley bath products are always a welcome addition to the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and my room, right at the top of the house (room 9) was quiet. Great additions in the room too like a multi-charger in case you don’t have one. I loved coming into my room with the radio on with jazz quietly playing, felt very welcoming. And, I very much enjoyed the little chocolate bar gift too, thank you.

This place is lovely but not ideal for children or babies .. on checking in had a lovely chap who carried my pram up as in carried the baby but you wouldn’t want to do 3/4 floors of stairs too often as there’s no lift. The fridge in my room didn’t work although it had drinks in .. so babies milk and food at to go in the chefs fridge . In the morning I struggled as no answer on the phone as needed I’ll for the baby . I then came down my self to find there was : staff on all in the restaurant . I asked whether I could get help with the pram and it was a chore . The lady was not interested in me and the Baby and didn’t want to help as she said she was on her own . I was most disappointed and said I can’t get it as I have a one year old .. and then she begrudgingly helped with getting the pram . No one asked whether I wanted breakfast if I needed anything I had to ask chef for things or go up and speak to the younger girl for a plate and spoon and for the babies milk to be found and heated up .. I then decided to leave as I felt not seen or served . Such a shame as the room was lovely .. I paid quite a lot and felt disappointed.

Great for a mother-daughter traveling team. An amazing restaurant, worth a visit on its own. Enrica was a most capable restaurant and hotel manager who helped us extensively.

Wonderful stay! The staff were absolutely fantastic, superb food and the room was full of lovely touches and super clean. Would highly recommend and will be going back again soon!

As ever, a gorgeous stay at this gorgeous hotel that feels like home from home. It's really walkable to the station, restaurants and shops but is tucked away enough to be quiet in a sometimes chaotic city. It's our favourite place to stay in London now and we will definitely be back.

Clean and cozy room, very well curated, staff was super friendly - would definitely stay again!

Great room on top floor, really quirky, lovely minibar and snack selection plus free water and choc bars- theyve thought of everything- there is a hairdryer , bathrobes, toiletries- great bar/Restuarant area and the staff were superb (big thanks to Adam ) will dev stay again
