The staff was so nice Rugs are dirty though Room change needed due to AC not working One pillow per person not enough The bartender made an amazing mojito cocktail

I should say firstly that the hotel was very nice and welcoming and the staff were friendly. It was very clean and the bar seemed ok but we didnt use it. It was vey hot when we were there (over 35 degrees every day) and whilst the aircon worked and was on its highest setting, it didnt get cold enough overnight. The elevators also were a bit temperamental, there are only 2, one was always out order and the 2nd failed one day too, meaning we had to use the stairs to go up and down 7 flights.

Location excellent

This hotel is in a great location. Parking is tough but at least there is an unloading zone to drop off your luggage. Bed was comfortable. Our main complaint was NO hot water. Showers were extremely tough in cold water.

Perfect location, service & staff. Excellent breakfast. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the bath shower. The partial shower door leaked all over the floor. Not a good setup.
