Stayed only one night. Had dinner at the bar in the second floor. The food was ok, the ambiance was fun. Music and friendly people. Our room was comfortable and had a nice view. Breakfast was good. Check in and check out were easy. I would stay in this hotel again if I go back to Mongolia

Absolutely Awesome

Shangri-La Ulanbatar truly lives up to the Shangri-La standard. The rooms are superb—spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

Staff service not up to 5 star hotel standard. Dining quality poor especially for room service foods. Toilet flushing water not enough to clean up properly

Great location. Excellent views. Rooms are spacious. Dining options are excellent. Staff is good but a bit cold in their ways (probably cultural). In my opinion, the best place to stay in Ulaan.

Excellent service, clean room, quiet, great food and access to restaurants, and great location.

This is the best hotel in Mongolia. The breakfast buffet was excellent, we could have stayed there all day. The room was great, and the condition of the property was also very good. Hard to find in Mongolia. The high tea was so so - but inexpensive. Not much of an experience. The front desk staff was borderline rude - not to be expected in any hotel, much less a good one. The food in the restaurant was just ok. The room amenities were great.

Property is fine for a quick trip through the capital. Definitely geared toward business.

Very beautiful hotel and has great and friendly staff. Specially, front office staff Enku was amazing. She is very professional and helpful who made our trip unforgettable. Thank you Enku!
