This is one of the best hotels in Mongolia, but don’t expect a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons. The furniture is old and needs updating. No Conceirge. One to two people working the front desk. It is acceptable.

The breakfast and the restaurant staff were nice and helpful. The extensive breakfast buffet was a delight. The room was huge. The lady concierge and Dante were helpful. I wish I had received better service from the front desk. They rarely could offer a suggestion or answer my questions. There was not always a desire to solve problems. I had to prompt them to do something such as arrange a taxi when the hotel drivers were not available.

Breakfast good Have to pay for sauna is not good

Nice sheets and bathroom with razor , toothbrush etc. Very good gym which had both machines and free weights. Restaurant up to western standard, steak special very good. Would recommend.

The staff we're very helpful and courteous. The hotel is ideally located in a city center.
