Clean room in a great location.

Our first time staying in this Hotel & we will definitely be returning. We loved the extremely clean, spacious, well equipped room, friendly staff & great location. Having a balcony & wonderful view of the river & city lights was an added bonus as was the restaurant. A lovely comfortable & convenient place to stay!

Great location, 2 bedroom apartments well equipped and very comfortable

Terrible stay – Do not recommend Rating: ⭐ (1/5) Anything positive would be Neil when checking in. If you are looking for comfort, basic amenities, or decent customer service, stay far away from this hotel. Air Conditioning: Completely broken. When I brought this to the attention of the customer service desk, the woman staff member actually tried to argue with me and claimed I was wrong, turning a simple maintenance issue into an unnecessary argument. Overall attitude was disgusting. She needs to be fired. Amenities: Non-existent. There is no restaurant, and when I simply asked for ice, they couldn't even provide that. Bathroom: An absolute joke—easily the worst bathroom I have ever seen in my life. The only positive thing about this property is its location, but that is nowhere near enough to make up for the terrible conditions and rude service. I would never stay here again.

Perfect for families! Rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again!

The stay was very pleasant. We got upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was lovely. The toilet seat was misaligned to the toilet and bathroom door had water damage to it but other than that it was very clean and the room had a great view. Will definitely stay here again.

I managed to get a free complementary upgrade. Staff especially the early morning crew receptionist were amazing.( The filipino and her partner.) Clean and organized

Nice hotell,very clean amenities,family friendly !

Very nice hotel, close to CBD.
