The staff was exceptional the room and the hotel was clean and the turn down service is what you expected. Love this place spent a week here in the heart of Melbourne. Will be back, recommend to stay here.

Nothing not to dislike, first class all the way. My husband and I loved our room, 41st floor beautiful views looking down part city & Cathedral views. Awesome night views & great sunrises 🌅 👍
Friendly staff & very helpful

I have stayed at quite a few luxury hotels and the Sofitel never fails to impress!
Unfortunately due to an accident, we lost power, however the generator jumped into action quite quickly, With unprecedented work noise outside due to the accident, I was offered a relocation to another room, however at that time of night I asked for and was provided with earplugs. Eventually fell to sleep and slept well.
As an apology, even though it was their fault, I have been offered a free room upgrade with my next stay and you can bet your bottom dollar, I will be back!!
