I have stayed at the Ibis Novena many times (a few times a year for many years) and don't recall the room windows every being cleaned. The hotel is comfortable, clean and well situated. Clean windows would be good. Thanks.

All was very good. Our room is cleaned everyday. Staff are helpful and respectful Very satisfied with everything...except the food since we are from the Philippines so there was not much choice in the array of food prepared but we understand the reason behind it. So, in terms of food, this is not our hotel to be. But thank you. We had a good 3 night stay. Good luck and more power..😊

Clean room and friendly staff

Clean room, great staff

Clean room very helpful staff

Staff - excellent Location - excellent, opposite zhongshan mall n near bus stops to novena mrt etc Breakfast buffet - fine, but very crowded Bad things: First, power was disrupted 3-5pm so had to vacate the room n go out. Secondly, aircon was down - room was stuffy all night. Staff simply said 'thats why we are servicing the ac now'.

The rooms are small and relatively dated. The staff from reception to the cleaners are courteous and friendly. Special mention to Sheng (manager) and Lulu (cleaner) who made our 2.5 weeks' stay very pleasant. Location of the hotel is the highlight; public transport (buses and metro train) is within walking distance and there are plenty of quality restaurants and eating places nearby. Overall, a pretty average accommodation for the money but located at a rather convenient spot.

Convinient

Great hotel for being in singapore for 1 week! It is very basic but it has all the needs

Great hotel! It is not very centric to Singapore main attractions but it is very good for the price-value and the breakfast was amazing. I will totally come back to this hotel
