Staff makes this place a charm!

The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the blinds make it possible to block out daylight so that you can sleep after a long flight. The air conditioning is just right. The staff are most efficient as well as being kind and helpful, and the food at the restaurant is excellent. Looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommended.

Good clearn roon every two days.

Professional and courteous staff. Breakfast was consistently great. Clean room. Location was excellent for exploring the city like a local.

Everything was decent except that there are cockroaches in the rooms as stated by multiple customers over the entire year. This is something that the management should have already taken care of by now. Rest everything was quite ok.

Very lovely

I would have given 5 stars if the room much tidier and clean. The toilet and bathroom quite dim. Two lightings are out and have not been attended to when I arrived. It s a pleasant hotel to stay and I would come back to the next time. The staff are very helpful and polite. The corridor is a lot peaceful and quieter unlike other IBIS. The amenities is very good.

Hotel did what it needed to, amazing that they have a guest laundry but that’s about where it ended. The lift system is extremely slow and delayed but the staff were so accommodating and kind it was a great experience from them. There isn’t anything super close to eat or explore so a car is easier to have if you don’t want to walk 10-20 minutes for public transport. Our room was not good, the bedding was stained and marked we didn’t know if it was clean, one light on the wall was hanging out with wires almost out and had been plastered over so much it was no longer able to be attached. Most of our lights were extremely dim and our aircon wasn’t working properly. Unfortunately whenever we tried calling reception it wasn’t answered and when we tried to speak in person at the front desk there was so much congestion we could barely get to the door. If you need a quick and cheap stay then it does the job for somewhere to shower and sleep but nothing too great.
