Staff was very attentive. Breakfast is quite good with a lot of options

Well located in Liverpool. Helpful and friendly staff available at all times. Nice clean rooms.

Nice hotel in all aspects - location, condition, staff, etc. I also loved the laundry facilities.

Excellent location, rooms clean and well maintained. Staff friendly, safe parking reasonably priced. Good value.

Good location and staff really friendly. We were only there for 1 night but the set up would be great for a longer visit to Liverpool.

Fantastic location

The room was exactly what we needed. Close to all the cool stuff. Had a little kitchen, so we saved some money on food. Last day, we tried the breakfast which was delicious. Room was clean. Easy to use laundry facilities. Staff was super friendly and helpful throughout. Gave us directions, helpful tips, etc. When we were leaving, our next accommodation cancelled, and they helped us look for new ones. Would stay here and any of their locations again.

This aparthotel is in a good location near Pierhead and also Castle Street which had a good selection of restaurants with outdoor terraces. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only negatives were:- 1. The ironing board is very short and involved stooping to iron clothes. 2. The gap between the bed and window is tiny which led to stubbing of toes and banging og knees against the bedframe. 3. There are no bedside tables The dimensions of the room would permit 2&3 above to be resolved and it is a mystery why the layout is as it is

Room was cleaned and staff member were friendly. Location are excellent. Considering the premium price paid, the apartment was spacious with good quality furniture. It will be a bonus if there were a washing machine inside the apartment.

Great hotel, awesome location and loved the air conditioning!!
