Had a lovely stay here whilst visiting Liverpool. The central location couldn't be better. Big shout out, and thank you, to the young lady on reception, Stevie, who went above and beyond, to ensure our stay was special. Only reason didn't give 5 stars was for things beyond Hotels control. Business opposite our room, had a very early delivery or something, which was very noisy and woke us up!

Great location in the middle of Liverpool, room was big and really clean and tidy, nice option for coffee and pastries in the morning, bed was big and comfortable and the shower was great, we will definitely be back.

The property was located very close to the train station and the river. The room was huge with great air con. The bed was very comfortable. It is the best hotel I've stayed at in England and it was an amazing price. I will absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location for our trip to Liverpool. In the middle of everything. The free breakfast of croissants and coffee was just what my wife and I needed to kick start our mornings.

The room was spacious spotless and incredible toiletries to use the bed was comfy and the room was cleaned daily with towels replaced when required beautiful hotel that was on a side street at the main shopping centre that had beautiful shops including a very expensive jewelers called Rox we realy enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again
