Loved the flat. AC was strong for the whole week of high 90s. The most fun elevator was enough to fit one person, which was perfect for my disabled mom.

Staff was cheerful and helpful. Room was clean with a nice kitchen area. Bathroom could use some fixes but overall was okay. Location is great very close to Academia, Duomo, the bridges over the Arno and lots of Restaurants and shopping options.
