We thought the location and value was very nice. Our room “ the moon room”, could use some updating. Hopefully they will b able to modernize the room in the near future for guests. Add a shower, re-tile bathroom, re-finish flooring, update lock on front door and some updated furniture would b nice. Floor fans worked but again, add some modern circulation options.

Excellent place to stay. Right near the main square.

The stairs were steep but not noisy. There was no air con.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of the old town. Other than the narrow spiral staircase this is a perfect place to stay. Close to public transport, cafes, restaurants and historic sites. We loved it here, my wife rated in Number 1 of our European destinations.

Apartment was everything I needed and more. Would definitely stay here again and have already recommend to my family members who are planning on visiting Krakow. The apartments are perfectly located, close by to the Square and travelling to the allocated bus tops for the various tours was easy. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. I completed self service check in as I arrived late - all of my communications with staff were clear and the keys easy to collect. The apartment had a kitchenette which I didn’t use in my 3 day trip but I did take advantage of the coffee percolator as filters were provided. I just purchased coffee from Carrefour which is a couple doors down from the apartments. On my final day I wasn’t flying until very late but leaving early to travel to the salt mines. Staff arranged for my luggage to be stored all day until I departed for the airport. So pleased I picked Krakow for you apartments. I had an amazing time. Thank you.

Nice modernized suite with kitchen in a vintage building; be prepared to walk up a couple flights of creaky wooden stairs. This property is just off Krakow's Market Square, so an unexpected highlight was going to sleep with the windows open, listening to a street musician and the klip-klop of horse-drawn carriages!
