Its about 45 minutes from the airport. The property is large but not to big. Beautifully landscaped with lots of shuttles at the busy times to move you around if needed. The butler is a nice addition to have someone to help rectify any issues or help book dinner reservations. Tons on beach chairs and umbrellas, pools are nice and was always able to get loungers for all of us at the same time. Food was average to above average for the all inclusives that we've visited. The restaurants seam a little disorganized as you may need to wait longer than what would be normally expected, but yet we were a party of 9 each time, 6 adults and 3 kids. Overall all of as were extremely pleased with it stay and would highly recomend the resort as we had a great time! Thank you to the entire staff of the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres!

We enjoyed an awesome stay at Grand Palladium costa mujeres- thanks to our concierge Dan and family selection pool staff (Diego and female pool butler- I forgot her name but she was so helpful- I believe it started with a J!). A big thanks to Jesus for awesome entertainment and for taking us paddle boarding! I was bummed we weren’t able to get our room when we arrived but I was met by Oscar at bellservice who made sure our beginning was as good as possible. Thanks Oscar! Our boys also had a wonderful time in the kids club- they were greeted with friendly staff each day! We hope to be able to return soon!

We stayed at the Grand Palladium for 10 nights, and as far as all inclusive hotel resorts go, this has by far been the best one. Each and every member of staff were fantastic, and especially those who made our time here even more special. - Wilian, restaurant manager was exceptional in being the best host - POP entertainment Jaden, Emiliano & Reinhard for keeping us well entertained - Rafael Jara head chef, incredible food and quality dishes. Also taught us how to make an authentic Guac! - Finally, Jennifer front of house for being accommodating each and every day. The only downside would be it takes roughly an house to get here from the airport, and the Expedia transfer was not on time. We would happily return. Thank you

Resort was beautiful, staff was friendly, amenities were great. Best All-Inclusive my family and I have stayed at.

The resort is beautiful and huge. The rooms are clean and the staff are all nice. The food is great. I loved it. The mosquitoes were bad but other than that everything was as exceptional.

The resort was very clean and always a friendly employee nearby to serve. The pools were nice and there was constant access to food :) Our only setback was that we were unaware of the daily schedule of what the hotel offered their guests at no extra charge, so we missed out on the paddle boarding & boat tours, etc. But it was a great family trip & we had a wonderful time!

What a beautiful resort! We found it to have a very unique layout with a canal-like waterway throughout (that offers water taxi’s)and a very cool Village area where all the restaurants were along with the outdoor theatre and shopping. The food was good, both at the buffets and at each restaurant, and there was always lots of space by the pool. We also had access to a VIP Concierge service and Dan was awesome with personal check-ins, daily itineraries and restaurant reservation confirmations. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Some receptionist are helpful but some are not
