I got stuck in the elevator, the beach rinse-off showers weren't working properly, they never mopped the room during my stay, and they broke one of my suitcases; I paid for an ocean view but could barely see the sea, and the room didn't really match the photos.

Everything was great !!!!

This is a beautiful, family-friendly resort with plenty to offer for groups and families. We visited with a large group, and for the most part, the resort did a great job accommodating our dinner reservations, which we truly appreciated. However, the service was inconsistent. While some staff members were pleasant, others were not particularly friendly or helpful. Room service was also slower than advertised—although we were told it would take about 45 minutes, our orders often took an hour or longer to arrive. One experience that stood out was at breakfast when I requested a table for 14 people. The staff member assisting me visibly rolled her eyes, which felt unprofessional and rude. Overall, the resort itself is beautiful and well-suited for families, but a more welcoming and attentive approach from some staff members would greatly improve the guest experience.

Great facility. Good size pools. The rooms were spacious . Staff for the most important art were friendly. It was very helpful to have butler service - Alejandro was phenomenal! The food was great at Poseidon for lunch especially the whole fried fish. Drinks were great. Spa was AMAZING. Gorgonzola pizza was the best- I wish it was open longer hours. The only thing that needs major improvement is the app - not always accurate or maybe it’s the POP team. Some of them didn’t know the activities that were supposed to happening. I feel like they need more activities. Yoga horrible- if you advertise yoga and Pilates- make sure you have someone who is experience. My fav. Was also the gelato and the bracelet key. Another thing that was a bit disappointing was there was no pickleball court. We specifically booked this place because Rafa center said they had it but sadly they don’t. Also Rafa has a small soccer field but does not have a soccer ball?!!

Terrible view with bushes all around. Every restaurant is so far from my room that I have to take a boat or shuttle to get there. Staff appear kind but they only truly want a tip for every little thing they do which should already be part of their job.

Kerime at family selection was an excellent help during our stay. All of the staff was gracious and helpful. We had to stay an extra night because of our flight cancellations and the staff helped us stay in the same room to optimize our comfort! The food was delicious at Isla Blanca and all the restaurants. The pools were clean and there were plenty of chairs to relax on. The beach was clean, little to no seagrassum. Would come back here with my family!

The resort is one of the best hotels I have been. I love everything about it. It is a perfect place for a family and friends trip o if you want to travel without kids as well. Is a really peaceful and fun place at the same time. The staff is amazing, kind and friendly. I always stay at the family selection building and they have a lot of fun activities for the kids. In the play room you can find , Camilla , rosy , Olga … really sweet girls that loves kids Armando , Miguel , Elias , I hope I am not forgetting anyone. The staff at the family selection lobby made our check in very smooth and helped us with everything that we requested. The amenities are great, the beach beautiful and their food was excellent. The chic cabaret is a show that you must not miss. I will always come back to this place

Amazing staff, beautiful resort, tons of entertainment nightly, food was above average. Beach had no sargassum and swimmable water. Cannot find a reason of any complaints. We definitely would love to come back again.
