極佳 IM SO SO SORRY I made a mistake! My name is Nikea Lui and I accidentally gave a bad review to this hotel, by accident and was supposed to be for the Willoughby Hotel as to which I left due to how dirty the hotel was and a one star rating is what I gave. I was a little stressed and tired from driving from Victoria so I chose to stay at the twin Tower hotel a very last minute booking.
Steve, an absolutely AMAZING host heard about my complaints with Willoughby Hotel and empathised with me, I booked a single Queen room for my son and I to share. Steve upgraded me to a double Queen ennusited room out of courtesy and I couldn’t have been more grateful, as we arrived after 6pm Steve even extended the pool hours for my Son even though it closed at 7pm my son could swim till almost 9pm, thank you Steve and your staff I will be back to stay and I highly recommend Twin Towers for not only their professionalism but overall experience I even gave Steve a hug haha I was so amazed given a stressful experience at Willoughby Hotel.
