Air con was on 17.5 degrees and the room was hot. The lighting was difficult in the room, especially the bathroom. There was no power point in the bathroom to do my hair. Aside from that, the room was beautiful and had a great moody vibe. Amenities were clean

The roon was modern and clean. Ad another $70 to the price of your accommodation for parking(and that is only the overnight price)parking is a couple of blocks away so you have to cart your luggage a fair way. If booking through Hotels.com and the accommodation reads free breakfast make sure you mention that when checking in because staff seem to have no idea about that. City view is not a city view it is of building next door definitely not what is pictured.(false advertising) Breakfast was delicious

The bar/restaurant has very limited hours - including closing at 9 on a Saturday night! It wouldn't be a problem if there was room service outside of those hours, but there isn't, so we couldn't even get a nightcap or a bite to eat when returning to the hotel at 10pm.

Staff - the best!

I was disappointed with my stay. I booked a room that included breakfast, but the staff did not add it to my booking, so I had to wait while the issue was sorted out. The breakfast was also not very good and did not meet my expectations. In addition, the room was quite small and felt cramped. While the room was clean, the booking mistake, delay, and poor breakfast made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

Great location and amenities

When you need a clean room and comfy bed in a central location this is the place. Good value will stay again.

Clean room and helpful staff

This was my second stay at Citadines. I arrived at 12pm and was able to check in to my room which was fantastic. I made use of the hotel gym each day as it is well equipped and one of the reasons I choose this hotel. The restaurant is adequate and the breakfast staff were very helpful meeting my specific requests. The beds are very comfortable and rooms quiet. The location is great only a short walk away to the metro and train station. Also well located for the iconic bridge walk. Will definitely be back.
