Everything was great.

Deluxe King room was amazing. Location, perfect. Breakfast very nice. I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff allowed us parking at 11:30 am. We enjoyed cannery row and they sent a text when rooms were ready.

The staff at this hotel were all super nice, night staff and morning, a very good variety of food for breakfast clean comfortable room.

The room was aesthetically appealing, but there was a mildew, wet dog stagnant smell. It was stronger when the fan turned off, so we had to keep the fan on at 65 to keep the air circulating. The windows and walls are thin, so you can hear every car driving by, every person talking outside in the courtyard, and the fire alarms constantly going off in other guest rooms. The fire alarms are located right outside of the bathrooms, so the alarm would trigger after every shower we took. Staff was great! Very friendly and very hospitable.

Overall is nice hotel, good location, walking distance to aquarium and restaurants. But the room facing the street is noisy and no any sound proofing.

Small rooms. Snack machines non operational. Staff was great.

GREAT LOCATION FOR THE AQAURIUM AND CANNERY ROW, SAFE AND QUIET. LOTS OF FOOD OPTIONS NEAR BY.

This place was the perfect location for our visit to Monterey Aquarium and Cannery Row. Free parking and free breakfast was wonderful, it’s hard to find good hotels that offer both. When I checked in I was tired and having a stressful day but the staff was kind, professional and helped turn the day around for us. The rooms were clean, the free breakfast was good and it was in walking distance or a short drive to everything we were boating. We will definitely return next visit to Monterey.
