Rooms do not have air conditioning. It was 27 degrees Celsius and the rumors stifling. They do provide you with a small fan. They told us we could move to the superior room for surcharge of 15 euros so I emailed them back saying we would like to do that and never heard back from them again. We ended up in a stifling hot room for the evening. Maintenance of the room was extremely poor. Mold around the shower, blood or some red liquid on the roof of the ceiling in the shower. Smashed trim around the sink with cheap MDF particle board exposed. Door trim to the bathroom been terrible condition somehow losing paint that had not been touched up in 20 years. The photos on the hotels website look beautiful but when you get close up it looks far different. The breakfast was a decent upstairs. The bed was fairly comfortable. The condition of the hallway is not great with very gross dirty carpet. Hotel was built in the 1970s and parts of it definitely look that way.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The food options are not very good. The nicer restaurant was $34 euros for 2 courses and the other restaurant only had fries and hamburgers. Nothing healthy. The breakfast buffet is $18 euros and it was okay, but had a much better fruit selection last year.

Great stay Breakfast was good

Our rooms (Superior room with multiply beds) on two different stays were very excellent. Our first stay, we had staff go above and beyond to help us. One of our party had an accident and needed some extra care. They helped us out with letting us borrow the wheelchair for a day and getting us transportation to a hospital (a non emergency). On our second stay, they also were super helpful and wonderful. We needed some extra things in our room and they supplied without blinking an eye. They have a little store in the lobby to get some drinks and food with is self serve. I had eaten at the Burger Bar a couple of time and the food was excellent every time. The internet was a bit rough and at times was not connecting or very weak. We had a beautiful view of the pond and bunnies running around on the grass from both rooms.

If you have a long layover, I guess this hotel is okay—but only okay. Unfortunately, the photos are very misleading. The rooms look much larger in the pictures than they actually are. In reality, they’re only big enough to take a quick nap. The carpets were dirty, and the overall feel of the room reminded me of the cheaper interior cabins on a Carnival cruise ship. The breakfast is not included and costs $18 per person, which is disappointing considering the limited selection. They offered scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, bread with butter and strawberry jam, bacon, juice, cold cuts, and watermelon. For the price, I expected much more. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless you simply need a place to rest for a few hours during a layover. There are better options for the price.
