Clean comfortable rooms. Good amenities and great location. Airport shuttle is a plus.

Clean room

I stayed 3 nights. There was a card in my room with QR code to order ROOM service. I ate in the sports bar on the Friday. Amsterdam city on Sat and planned ROOM service Sunday as was heading to a festival. I placed the order online, only to receive a call asking when I'd like to PICK IT UP. I advised I'd ordered ROOM service as advertised. They said this was not possible with no reason. I tried to call reception via the phone and was redirected to the bar. Marlene answered and half way through my sentence she started a conversation with someone else. I asked to speak to the manager, who came on and offered me room service if I was willing to pay. Surcharge! I cancelled the 47 Euro order, and bought nothing else from the hotel on the back of the rudeness and no apology for offering a service that isn't available. I ate at the festival and also did not buy breakfast for 27 EUR. So Marlene and her pal cost the hotel around 74 EUR on the back of a ridiculous surcharge and rude behaviour. Also, I'll book another hotel next year spending £700 elsewhere. Thanks!

Room was clean but a little dated, could use some new carpet for sure. Mattress topper had a tendency of wanting to slide off the bed. On a much more positive note, the room was quiet and the food in the pub/sports bar was good. No shopping or places to eat within walking distance with the one exception of a place called “Wings” directly across the road from the front entrance, nothing to write home about. The free hotel shuttle service was a godsend. Could jump on the shuttle to the Schiphol Airport where there were some more food choices, and then directly from the airport take a 10 minute train ride to Amsterdam Centraal and civilization. Bring your credit card, things add up fast.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed this hotel. Their employees are exceptional and always ready to help.

The hotel is nice, the shuttle service is efficient and reliable, twice an hour. The hotel is pretty far from the airport, about a 10 minute drive. The property is new and well maintained. There was hair in the bathtub and the room had two hairdryers, neither worked and one was sticky and dirty. When I mentioned this at checkout the desk staff just apologized, they made no note to address the situation. The restaurant was busy and the food was fair, certainly overpriced. There is no quick way to get to Amsterdam city center from here. Have to take the shuttle to the airport to get the bus, or get an Uber, about $30.

Generally a good hotel. Fast check-in and check-out. Staff and food in the bar were exceptional!! Comfortable bed and very good gym. Issues with shuttle that were not the driver's fault - not everyone able to get on the shuttle as it was full. Also it took staff 30 minutes to come to our room to unlock the safe as the batteries died. Stressful as we were checking out to catch a flight. Otherwise a good hotel.

Very nice hotel. Unfortunately airport shuttle not early in morning had to take a cab. Other then that excellent hotel.

This is my first trip to Amsterdam. I chose this hotel as it is close to the airport plus they have free shuttle service to and from Schiphol airport. When I arrived, the wait time for the shuttle was very long. I found the shuttle drive to be rude and unhelpful. I had 1 large suitcase and a carry on. The driver did not even get off his seat to help with my bags. I struggled to keep my luggage in the luggage compartment & I was still standing up and he drives off!! He was a crazy driver and overall already not a great experience. I did find the rest of the staff to be helpful. Not much amenities in the hotel. A gym, a bar and a restaurant. I am not a heavy breakfast eater and all they were serving was a buffet breakfast and the price was expensive (around $50). I wish they had options for just pastries and coffee. The hotel room was mediocre. I booked this hotel because of the pictures and it was very deceiving. Old furniture and but it was clean. My overall experience was just ok. Thankfully, I only stayed for a couple of days before boarding on my river cruise. If I ever visit Amsterdam again, I will probably chose a different hotel.

Great service and very nice hotel. Near to the Airport, shuttle service running every 30 minutes. Liked the breakfast and the dinner, plenty of options to go for.
