Our stay was great, the only thing I would say is the parking is very limited but we some how managed to find “spot” every time.

The Reykyavik Burgiya was well located by the Marina and many bars and restaurants and tourist sites. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, particularly Giorgio at the front desk! Rooms on the harbor side were quieter than on the south (street) side and had a nice balcony view of the harbor from the fourth floor rooms.

Wonderful property. Staff was super helpful. The hotel was unique in that it has a couple of extra sitting rooms to enjoy with a good book! We enjoyed it!

Great location on the waterfront! Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and bars, but far enough outside of the main strip that the loud pubs don’t keep you up at night. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here. We stayed 3 nights in May 2026. It is on the marina with beautiful views. It’s a shirt walk to lots of local cafes and eateries and around 10-15 mins to the centre of Reykjavik for shopping and bars. Just a 5 minute walk from bus stop 4 which is where we got picked up for tours and the airport. Would highly recommend!

We had an absolutely incredible stay in Reykjavik and could not have been happier with our experience at Reykjavík Marina - Berjaya Iceland Hotels. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The atmosphere was warm, stylish, and uniquely Icelandic, with beautiful design touches throughout the hotel. Our room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Reykjavik. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops, the harbor, and many of the city’s attractions so easily. The views and overall ambiance made the entire trip feel magical. One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and eager to make our stay memorable. The hotel had such a relaxing and inviting vibe after long days of sightseeing and adventure. This hotel truly helped make our Iceland trip unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Reykjavik and looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and memorable place to stay!

Good location, clean, friendly staff.

Very clean and comfortable...good relaxation areas...excellent buffet style breakfast. Bar prices a little expensive, but that's the same for all of Iceland. Happy hour between 3pm and 6pm helps a bit. I would definitely stay here again though.

This hotel is right downtown right on the harbour and has no parking really. I contacted the hotel before I checked in and asked about the Parking and they said there was plenty nearby. No there’s not. There’s a lot of construction in the area and I found this to be a bit noisy. Hotel room rooms are a decent size and the beds or comfortable. I stayed at this hotel on my arrival to Reykjavík and then again before my departure. I need to change a night on my hotel stay on my departure and the hotel acted like this was going to be impossible and would not do it until I called Expedia who then had to send them a letter. All of this could have been done quite easily and without conflict on the phone. It really didn’t feel like customers mattered to them at that point.
