Room was incredibly dated, especially the bathroom. Rug was frayed and there was an old school corded phone next to the toilet. Not what I expected from a “luxury” hotel. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were in tacky plastic white containers that had visible residue where they get filled. Bed was really comfy and staff was helpful, but the room needs some refreshing.

The small touches that make a hotel stay can make such a difference in your enjoyment of the place. I love the ice & water stations on each floor that are so convenient!! The doormen were so helpful with my heavy luggage at arrival and departure. The check-in staff tried to help get us our room earlier and held our baggage so we could tour the city. It was an enjoyable experience to stay there!! Thank you. Pamela

The Lenox is a stalwart of hotels in Boston. Large rooms with high ceilings create the elegance of a bygone era. The staff, though, are young, educated and willing to make your stay memorable. The restaurants cover every sort of dining to cater to your individual tastes. The location could not be better. We have stayed at the Lenox dozens of times and would never consider staying elsewhere.
