Lovely staff, good location, a great breakfast restaurant and a lovely breakfast, the room was great too….

The properties air conditioning was broken and after complaining they brought us a noisy and dirty ventilator, the place looks with lack of maintenance

Staff was ok kind and helpful But overall hotel wasnt as expected. Very outdated rooms, air conditioning very Inefficient. Extremely tight room We booked bcause of the rooftop But found out its closed and only opens at 5:00pm and closes at 11:00pm.

When we arrived room had no sheets on second bed and the shower head did not work. The air conditioning is really non existent. Breakfast was good but rooms are old.

We booked this property for a one night stay in Rome prior to our departure the next day. Prior to our arrival we received a notification that the hotel was overbooked and they had to cancel our reservation. We basically were stranded in Rome at 10 PM at night without lodging so we never stayed there but we would not recommend this place since they Are not reliable when we spoke to the front desk they did not even initiate the cancellation for us to receive the refund we had to go through the process of contacting Expedia to get our money back.

Fabulous breakfast served in beautiful setting overlooking Rome. Perfectly safe and central location for sites, shopping, restaurants etc! Loved it⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overpriced hotel and amenities doesn’t seem enough for the price. i would still let that slide considering that’s what i consciously purchased, but this property is next to Hotel Quirinale which i think hosts some Live performances and music which is too loud and runs till 11pm-12midnight, and causes nuisance for sleep deprived travelers, like me, that too with family and kids

Long weekend. A great place to stay, good as a base to step out into Rome. Staff very helpful.
