Room was super clean and comfortable. Didn’t feel grossed out being in socks at all. Only thing was we decided to extend our stay by one night and they had us change rooms (to keep the same one was $80 more) which isn’t much of an inconvenience to us but felt like a waste since the cleaning people would have to clean an extra room. Parking was $20/day. A little excessive but that would be my only complaint! The pool and hot tub were great. We had a great stay.

Pros: friendly staff and clean rooms. Cons: The parking was terrible leaky pipes all over The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and you couldn’t regulate. It wasn’t a very good location hence the homeless people on the front steps and in the park across the street. Also the fire station was a few blocks away and you could hear them all Night long. The rooms were small and had been renovated but not very well. The carpet was cut and Just left frayed in an area.

A great well run hotel in the downtown area with great C-Train access and proximity to many restaurants and hiking trails along the Bow River.

The gym and pool are amazing. Love the idea of having an adult only hour at the pool at the end of the day. Hotel staff were very friendly. Great location. Very spacious rooms. Only con was was the air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy/loud.
