We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very clean and had every amenitie we needed. We stayed for 4 nights and each day it was great to return to our room and housekeeping had replenished and touched up the room.

Pool and bar with good music give great holidays vibes

First class accommodation in Calgary

Everything was very expensive. For this price, I expect all staff to wear black and white uniforms and wear their hair back/up and the women to wear makeup. I also expect to be waited on at the pool and not ask for a server for service or told my heater will work when it didn’t. My towels never came. I had to ask for plates. No care and attention for my luggage when packed into my trunk. Details matter when the price is this high and the image portrayed on the website is outstanding. This was not my first stay here and still disappointed.

Hotel Arts is starting to show its age. I've been staying here in the last 10-15 years, but on my last visit I noticed that the hotel is beginning to feel run down and dated. It's a shame, because the staff are wonderful and very helpful! I also want to praise this place as a stylish spot in downtown Calgary, but the property needs to do more upkeep to maintain that recommendation
