The parking was easy. Our room look clean but there was cockroaches around. The bathroom very very small when you open up the door it hit the toilet n there was no safety bar everywhere so if you slipped in the tub or floor there is nothing to grab There was no ice machine at all no cups in the room. We ask for extra towels since they were five of us and they told no no extra towels or extra pillows. The pool look ok my kids had fun in it but someone got into the hot tub n decided to wash their hair. I’m not sure if the manager was aware of it but I didn’t see any changes in the hot tub like cleaning the water out it n putting fresh water. There is no phone in the room n unless you ask the maids to please make up the beds it isn’t done. There was air conditioning in the room. You had to take your garbage out yourself. There is a garbage can out your room. The staff was nice n polite.

Front desk not helpful & friendly. King size bed had only 2 small pillows. Bed sheet doesn’t smell clean. No towel mat, nor small & hand towels too. Bad experienced & not coming back.

Overall financially it was worth the price! The staff were friendly and helpful. Like what the other reviews said “best to bring your own towels” because I had a family of six and there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. Parking was a bit tough especially coming in late at night we couldn’t find a parking. The pool was clean and nice! The furniture needs an update but other than that the stay was great!

My go to every time I drive down from San Bernardino I don’t stay anywhere else but here never have any issues

We always stay here when we visit knotts berry farm but this visit to this hotel was the worse our room was full of cockroaches there were live roaches crawling on the walls and floor and dead ones all over the floor we didn’t even bring down our luggage cause it was so bad we hardly slept for the fear of the roaches crawling on us while we slept this is our last time staying at the hotel. This hotel has gotten so bad.

Great for the price for families

Last minute reservation equals not the best experience at a cheaper hotel. Not gonna lie, it wasn't very good. All the dressers were broken, broken TV, lamp was broken, holes in the wall, and stained towels. At least they had a pool that was kinda nice that had a shower outside to rinse off. I read reviews after I had booked that said there were cockroaches and hoped not to find any, but we definitely did. Also there are no phones or ice. I think it would be smart for this hotel to renovated a room at a time to make a better environment for both them and the guest.
