The place has its wear and tear but honestly that doesn’t matter the staff really are such great people. They truly helped me and my family. Super humble and friendly and when you catch those good prices, stooooop it loved it

terrible stay..mold in shower ceiling, 2 roaches on the floor..wouldn't recommend you stay there. nothing like pictures on site. horrible..take this hotel off the site

The room doesn't have much, bring your own body wash.

Total dump, nothing like the pictures, everything was old and falling apart. Felt unsafe in a sketchy part of town.

Is not was advertising, when we arrived it was in poor shape, the room was filthy, the beed still humid and I soon I removed the first bed sheet cover it was bed bugs, We have to go to target to buy a new sheets for the night! Cockroaches in the room fridge! It was a disgusting situation, but we no have a choice, we stay for one night, Never comeback

The picture online does not match up to what we got. It was dirty and um dirty!! Our bathroom had broken drawers, no phone for service and taking a shower the towels was the worst! Idk but lints or fuzzy balls was coming off the towels all over my body. Roaches in the room. The whole place looks with the feel of rundown dirty not clean. The parking was ok and no noise while sleeping that’s the good part. Probably we got good guest that weekend. Yes! Don’t go by the pic posted .. not clean and nice at all.

I would’ve loved to give them a 5 star rating the room was clean it and smelled good no complain on that but what me and my boyfriend did not like was that it wasn’t even close to checkout time which was at 11 AM when the cleaning people were already trying to open our door while we were still sleeping mind you they did that twice back to back make it make sense. Check-in is at three in the afternoon and check out as at 11. But they start trying to rush you to leave earlier than that.

The floor felt sticky. First day the shower was luke warm. The second day it did not even get warm. The drywall was all torn up especially around the bathroom sink. The freezer portion ofnl the fridge had frost but did not keep stuff frozen. The hotel is extremely run down. Good points were that the beds were comfortable and we had one of the bigger rooms. Not sure if the couch did in fact pull out to a bed but was nothing like the picture showed. It was pretty beat up

The room was clean and in good working order, staff was extremely helpful and understanding very quite environment area was safe
